Grilled Cinnamon-Honey Peaches with Brioche Crumble
Made on an RCS Gas Grill
Sweet, juicy peaches grilled until tender, brushed with cinnamon-honey butter, and finished with a creamy cinnamon brioche crumble. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for the perfect grilled summer dessert.
Ingredients
Brioche Crumble
- 1 cup brioche bread, toasted and torn into fine breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 4 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
Cinnamon-Honey Butter
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Peaches
- 4 ripe peaches
- Honey, for drizzling
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions
-
Preheat the RCS Gas Grill
Preheat your RCS Gas Grill to medium heat, about 350–400°F. -
Make the Brioche Crumble
In a small bowl, combine the toasted brioche breadcrumbs, butter, and cinnamon sugar. Mix until everything is well combined and the mixture forms a sweet, crumbly topping. Set aside. -
Make the Cinnamon-Honey Butter
In a separate bowl, stir together the melted butter, honey, and cinnamon. -
Prepare the Peaches
Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a small amount from the center of each peach half to create room for the brioche topping. -
Coat & Grill
Generously brush the peaches with the cinnamon-honey butter mixture. Place them on the grill cut-side down and grill for about 3–5 minutes, or until grill marks form. Flip and continue grilling for another 3–5 minutes, until the peaches are warm and softened but still hold their shape. -
Add the Topping
Remove the peaches from the grill and fill each center with the cinnamon brioche crumble. -
Serve
Drizzle the warm peaches with honey and serve with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.
RCS Tip: Serve the peaches while they're still warm from the grill—the contrast between the caramelized peach, crunchy brioche topping, and melting vanilla ice cream is the best part.
