What is the hood clearance to wall when the lid is open?

  •  4” minimum clearance from the back of the grill to the wall behind it.

How to register my grill?

  • We don’t require registration for our products. You only need to retain your proof of purchase (sales receipt) in case you need parts under warranty.

Where is my model number located?

  •  On the right- or left-hand side of the grill on the outside walls of the grill.

My back burner isn’t lighting. The igniter sparks and I can smell gas but, will not light.

Why is my refrigerator not cooling?

  • If the compressor is cool and inside fridge is hot, the relays need to be replaced. See pdf HERE
  • If the compressor is hot and inside fridge is hot, the compressor needs to be replaced.

What is the recommended cleaning routine for my RCS grill?

  • To keep your grill in top condition, we recommend cleaning the grates and burners after every use. For a deep clean, disassemble and clean parts such as the burners, grates, and drip tray every couple of months. Use warm soapy water or specialized grill cleaners.

Can I convert my grill from propane to natural gas?

  • Yes, many RCS grills are convertible between propane and natural gas. You will need a conversion kit, which can be purchased separately. Ensure the conversion is done by a licensed technician to comply with all safety regulations.
