Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges with Herb Butter
A simple yet irresistible side dish for your RCS Gas Grill—crispy on the outside, tender inside, with a touch of smoky char and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
1. Prep the Sweet Potatoes
- Wash and peel (optional) sweet potatoes.
- Cut into thick wedges (about 6–8 per potato).
- Boil in salted water for 5–6 minutes until just tender; drain and pat dry.
2. Season

In a bowl, toss wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Grill
- Preheat your RCS Gas Grill to medium-high (around 400°F).
- Place wedges directly on the grill grates.
- Grill 3–4 minutes per side until lightly charred with grill marks.
4. Finish
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
- Serve with lemon wedges for a fresh squeeze of flavor.
